1. Our Return Policy
cartshive offers a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery for most products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return request through your cartshive account or by contacting our support team.
1.1 Eligible for Return
- Items received in damaged, defective, or incorrect condition
- Products that do not match the description on the cartshive listing
- Unused items in their original packaging with all tags intact
- Electronics with factory defects (within 7 days of delivery)
- Clothing items that don't fit (size exchange or refund available)
1.2 Not Eligible for Return
- Items returned after the 7-day return window has closed
- Products that have been used, worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
- Perishable goods, food items, and consumables
- Personalized or customized products made to order
- Digital products, vouchers, or gift cards
- Items without original packaging, tags, or accessories
- Certain hygiene products (innerwear, earrings, etc.) for health reasons
2. How to Initiate a Return
Returning an item on cartshive is simple and completely free of charge for eligible returns:
- Step 1: Log in to your cartshive account and navigate to "My Orders"
- Step 2: Select the order and click "Return / Exchange"
- Step 3: Choose the reason for return and upload a photo if required
- Step 4: Select your preferred resolution: refund or exchange
- Step 5: Schedule a free pick-up from your address

3. Refund Policy
Once cartshive receives and inspects the returned item, we will process your refund as follows:
- Refund Timeline: 2β5 business days after the returned item is received and verified
- Refund Method: Credited to your original payment method (UPI, bank account, card, wallet)
- Partial Refunds: May apply for items returned with minor damage caused by the customer
- Store Credit: Alternatively, you may opt for cartshive wallet credits (processed faster, usually within 24 hours)
3.1 Refund Timelines by Payment Method
- UPI / Bank Transfer: 2β3 business days
- Credit / Debit Card: 3β5 business days (depending on your bank)
- Net Banking: 3β5 business days
- Digital Wallet: Within 24 hours
- Cash on Delivery: Refunded via bank transfer or cartshive wallet within 3β5 days
4. Exchange Policy
cartshive offers free size/color exchanges on eligible products within 7 days of delivery. The replacement item will be dispatched once the original item is picked up and verified. Delivery of the exchange item typically takes 3β7 business days depending on your location.
5. Cancellation Policy
5.1 Cancellation Before Dispatch
You may cancel your cartshive order at any time before it has been dispatched. To cancel:
- Go to "My Orders" in your cartshive account
- Select the item(s) and click "Cancel Order"
- Full refund will be processed within 2β3 business days
5.2 Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched by cartshive, it cannot be cancelled directly. You may refuse delivery of the package, after which a refund will be processed once the item is received back at our warehouse (typically within 5β7 business days).
5.3 Cancellation by cartshive
cartshive reserves the right to cancel orders in the following situations:
- Product becomes unavailable after order placement
- Payment verification issues or suspected fraud
- Pricing errors on the product listing
- Inability to deliver to the specified address
In all such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
6. Non-Delivery & Lost Package
If your cartshive order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 48 hours. We will investigate with our logistics partner and, if confirmed undelivered, process a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
