• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• cartshive reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice
• In case of a pricing error, cartshive reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund
• Availability of products is subject to stock levels and may change without notice

4. Placing Orders

When you place an order on cartshive, you are making an offer to purchase the selected item(s). An order is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email from cartshive. The formation of a contract between you and cartshive occurs at the point of dispatch, not at the point of order.

5. Payment Terms

cartshive accepts payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, digital wallets, and cash on delivery (where applicable). By providing payment information, you represent that you have the right to use the payment method. cartshive does not store complete card/bank details — payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant third-party gateways.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, cartshive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, reliance, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. cartshive's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the value of the specific order in dispute.

cartshive's platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of our services. cartshive does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform.

10. Third-Party Services

cartshive may integrate with third-party services (payment gateways, logistics providers, analytics tools). cartshive is not responsible for the practices, content, or terms of such third parties. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of cartshive shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
